Quality of family life in families of children with behavioural and developmental disorders

The current study aimed to identify the level of quality of family life among families of children with developmental and behavioral disorders who attend the Ranwa Center for Psychological and Educational Services in the city of Tripoli. The study was conducted on a sample of 53 families. It also aimed to reveal differences in the level of quality of family life with respect to the variables: The type of child, the educational level of the parents, and the type of disorder. The sample was chosen randomly. The descriptive approach was followed as a scientific approach to the study. The quality of family life scale standardized on the Arab environment was used as a tool for the study. The results of the study concluded that the level of quality of family life among the families studied is high. There are significant differences in the level of quality of family life according to the variables of the educational level of the parents in Flavour of university education, and according to the variable of the gender of the child in Flavour of males, while there are no significant differences according to the variable of the type of disorder.
